WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

We do our best to ship out your orders as fast as possible.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for processing/handling time.
  • Average shipping time is 10-15 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated AFTER your order has been shipped.
If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please use the "Contact Us" page.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.

Please note: If your package is on it's way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

CANCELLATIONS?

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.

INCORRECT ADDRESS?

We can manually correct the address if the order has not been shipped. Please use the "Contact Us" page. Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot issue refunds in this case.
